Hi I'm Coll I had my Lap band surgery on January 30th I did it after 2 years or research on surgeries and after the sudden death of my Mother I realized I needed to lose weight and get healthy I lost 16 pounds before my surgery and have lost another 5 in last 3 weeks but thought id lose more the first few weeks after surgery and also started weight watchers to help with size of portions and weekly weigh ins
