Then your surgery is right around the corner. Yeah i live in Marlboro and it was alot at first but now that i've had my surgery not as many appointments thank god.

Do the 1-3 ounces include liquids as well??? Maybe this is a silly question but I am on liquids right now and I am taking in more than that per meal. I am confused!!! How far out are you CIO?

Save exact as me. The first two weeks I lost 24 lbs. I'm going into my second week and I'm stuck. Wobbling back and forth between two pounds. So frustrating

I can no longer get on the Facebook page.... :-( it was a fabulous group page.... I am hoping it was just a mishap in my end.... :-( please someone HELP!! Did you get back on? it's a secret group now so someone would have to bring you back in.

I am beginning to question if I even had the surgery. No pain, no nausea, can once again sleep on my stomach...just weak from very little food and always hungry! Starting stage 2 today, so cream of wheat was good. Cooking potato and fresh peas and will purée together for lunch. Sweet potato for supper with a bite of tuna fish. See if that helps. I'm the same way. I came home from the hospital two days after surgery and went to the park with my son and then that night we went to the drive in. i haven't had any pain at all but i have had nausea. i have no problem getting my protein down everyday. only thing i that i'm weak too. i'm not always hungry but I could eat more than i'm told to but i don't. really weird how everyone is different. The only problem i have had is with Tuna. I had a bite of Tuna with some low fat mayo. I always wondered what everyone post op meant by food getting stuck. well i found out. I won't be trying tuna for a long time again.

yesterday was my 2 weeks post op. i'm down 22 lbs since surgery day. I have had no pain since i left the hospital at all and had lots of energy. But the last 2 days I have been soooooooooo tired. I couldn't even get up to drive my son to school yesterday. my body felt like a rock.

More than half way through the month. It will fly by for those of you still waiting. I keep popping in from time to time to see how everyone is doing. yesterday was my two weeks post op. I lost 22 lbs since surgery. Everyone is different and what they go through. but I had absolutely no pain at all even having the 3 surgeries in one day. also I cheated a few times the 2 weeks before. even one week before on Memorial Day I was out of control. So don't feel like if you fall that you can't get back up there. I hope that's encouraging. I was really scared before i went in and I didn't need to be. Take a deep breath and know that you're almost there.

i was the same way right up until the day of surgery. I found keeping myself busy and the online support groups helped alot. as soon as you find out your month look for a thread or start one with others who are the same month. You won't feel like you're so alone

i got cream of mushroom and had to strain it. my nut said as long as it's strained can be that or cream of brocolli, chicken, Mushroom, and i found a cream of cheese.

i had surgery the same day as you and i was really nauseous in the hospital but it got better when i got home. i still have some now. but every day is different. i had one day that i felt like i didn't even have surgery then the next day i was so fatigued that i was on the sofa all day.

thats great that it's benign. i was crushing up meds and trying them with liquids and/or applesauce and i was having a horrible time.

i was having alot of pain in my back too. when i got home it wasn't too bad but i have it from time to time.

Thinking about everyone who's having surgery this week. I"m a week post op today and doing great. hardly any pain at all haven't used any meds since i left the hospital and already lost 14 lbs. Just try to concentrate on what's on the other side and how it's going to improve life for you.

They scheduled mines before approval and my surgery was approved 1 day before surgery They scheduled mine 4 weeks before my surgery because i was afraid that my insurance was going to change and didn't want to have issues. as soon as my last nut visit it only took a day to get approved. good luck

I was worried about the EMT's not looking at them but my nephew is an EMT and they are trained to always check out the jewelry. that made me feel better.
