Have any of you tried thrive market?? I’m looking into this option. I’m also going to make some changes to my families diet. Part of me is saying to just quit dominos and drive Uber because I know I can make a killing doing it and give me more time to be with my kids and family and work in work outs on my schedule. But idk. -

So I got up this morning and made breakfast 🍳 for my husband and kids. (Scrambled eggs, toast, home fries) and omg I was so exhausted after. I have the kids today because we’re strapped for cash and someone asked hub to help him for the day he’ll come home with about $200 so we need that. -

I just ordered sugar free jello to be brought to me as a treat. It counts towards my water intake. And I know. I want to try the chicken more it looks so good. Actually at this point the chicken tenders at Walmart’s deli counter smell amazing 😭😭😭 -

@ellie123 I get to start my soft foods on Wednesday. My kruptonite is carbs for sure. I love dominos garlic bread twists. And it’s harder for me because I’m a closer at Domino’s. At 11:59 they’re still good to sell, no issues. At 12am we close and they’re officially expired which translates to free game for employees. There’s always left overs. Kind of glad I’m away from it all right now. I don’t even have to cook right now because my church members are bringing us food each night for dinner for the kids and my husband. It’s all so good looking. Tonight was chicken tenders and fries with Mac and cheese and grapes and baby carrots and cookies for dessert!!! I’m in my room hiding. Chicken fingers are soft right 😂😂😂 so are fries!!! Omg so overwhelming. -

I’m 11 days post op. I’m not starving in fact I don’t feel hungry at all. I’m living on water only at the moment but I’m allowed broths, strained soups, protein shakes etc. I’m just dehydrated so I’m focusing on getting my 32 oz in. I’m almost there for the day. Im dealing more with head hunger. Picked up a pizza out of the freezer section at the grocery store today for the kids because it’s pizza night (can’t wait to have my portabella pizzas in the future.) and all I could think was I horribly messed up. I could still be eating whatever I want. On my mind lately are potatos, lasagna, enchiladas, veggetable spring rolls, and Chinese dumplings... which is hard. I love all these things and I can’t have them 😭😭😭 -

Whole 30 is a 30 day elimination diet—it gets rid of all 7 allergen foods, and sugar and a few other things that may be inflammatory. After 30 days you reintroduce Foods. It forces you to eat really healthy. Paleo has no dairy, or grains or processed sugars and such. Go look them up on Pinterest. They’re super good for you—according to my nutritionist and doctors. Don’t go Keto though research is now showing that it’s killing people. As for avocados I didn’t realize that it had that much im not sure. I was thinking about eating the teeny tiny avocados from Trader Joe’s -

So next week I should get my official go ahead on the soft foods stage (yay!!). I’m thinking 1 scrambles egg with either some cheese or a little bit of avocado 🥑 for breakfast, lunch id like to have a tuna salad (tuna, boiled egg, relish, w30 mayo) but I’m not sure what to do about dinners. My nutritionist said low carbs preferably paleo or whole 30 compliant. So help!?!? -

@mercmerc I agree with @2shea shoot for less gym time and more calories. And make sure the calories count. My nut is all on board with paleo and whole 30 because they fit so well with our diet restrictions. I think the standard is 6-800 calories (talk to your nutritionist) maybe work out for 1 hour 5-6 days a week alternating between cardio and strength training. -

Yea im dealing with dehydration and one of the symptoms is that my urinary tract is sensitive so because all the crap that comes out in pee is coming with no water to dilute it my kidneys are in the worst pain and my bladder is burning (got checked for UTI) I’m chugging the stuff okay maybe not chugging but sipping all the time. Hoping to get some water down there to stop the pain... :( up next are antibiotics and then IV treatment if I can’t get this under control by my 2 week apointment. French toast and German pancakes and well carbs are making me question my sanity. Going to have to get used to this.
