I did talk to the manager and asked if I could do that and he said for the price of the buffet. I feel so , oh I don't know dumb is not the word but for a better I don't know.

That all sounds so good.. I'm craving Chile Relleno casserole recipe. Really anything spicy.. That brings up a question. Will spicy food harm our pouch? I miss spicy food.....

Hi thanks for checking... Well it took all of a week for the discomfort to go away.. I had told my Hubby if it wasn't better by today I was off to the doc... But Sat it felt so much better now nothing. Good for you on your fill.. I haven't yet had one. My doc say as long as I can loose at least 10 pounds a month no fill. I see him every month and as long as I keep loosing I go without the fill. He said I have to loose less than 10 a month to get one... I have a lot of restriction. I eat very little and really never hungery........... Yea.. again Thanks...

That is so cool.... I like you don't want to resize and because of that when it got to small I stopped wearing it. That was 10 years ago. Looking forward to putting it back on. I try it on everyday... I can't wait....

Every doctor is different.. Mine calls it the dry hour. Nothing 1/2 hour before or nothing 1/2 hour after. It is easy to manage.. I went and bought a key chain timer... and when we go out I'm always finished before everyone else. So I set the timer and get to have tea or something....whil they finish there meal.. But two hours.. Wow.. Haven't hurt that one.

I was banded 8-1-08.. I got stuck last Friday and it hurt so bad... I'm so sore.. I'm now afraid to eat any solid food... Hope I get hungry soon...:thumbup:

OK this is couples. We have been going out with these different couples for over 30 years...(might need new friends) tee hee Well in the past we would split 50 50 and over the decades it would even out..... But may be it is petty but when the bill comes and it is over 200 and all you had was soup. Well now my husband will have a regular meal, and desert but he doesn't equal two. When I said something they started to pick the bill apart and the whole thing was not pretty. Oh well I guess I'm being petty. I know it is hard enough to watch all the feeding now and how much people eat... OMG I can't believe I ate so much...Maybe the eating out thing is to much for me right now... Time will tell... With our lives right now we attend around 3 to 6 formal dinners every month.. I'll eat at those the are free.....

Hi I also order a whole meal now and enjoy it at home over and over again for a different reason... Have any of you had a problem with eating with friends and you only having soup and they order a whole dinner with drinks and desert and split the bill... I have found that to be the norm.. When I call someone on it they made me fell so petty... Now I keep up and bring it home. Just seems easier. Do any of you have this problem? Let me know how you handled it.

Same thing happened to me... I was so stuck I really started to get scared... After about 10 mins it made it down... It wouldn't come up. Well that was last Friday and I'm still sore. Better but sore.... I will never eat it again. Still on real soft foods.:party:

My shoes won't stay on my feet... They are slides and that is what they do . Slide right off. These are shoes that when my feet swelled they hurt. Now I can hardly keep them on... :tt2:

The first thing I noticed after about 20 lbs. gone is my shoes kept flipping off.. Never had that problem at all.. It is a nice problem. Yes we have fat feet. Not any more:party:

Catching up on TIVO Tomorrow I will do some walking.. I also might have done an exercise no no also...I got on the elliptical and went crazy.. Just getting use to exercise. I went 40 mins. Might have been to much... It has been a month.. I stay at 30 mins for another month... Again Thanks

Thanks I need all the help I can get.. I have no problem keeping liquids down.. I just feel like I got beat up inside... It is sore. I really don't feel if unless I take a deep breath. It feels like it did right after surgery... No real pain just sore. I know it was the being stuck. It was OK before the piece of killer chicken....:thumbup:

Hi i had my first last Friday. It hurt so much, I was so scared. That was 3 days ago. I'm still sore. Almost like right after surgery. I went back on liquids and squishy stuff. It hurts if I take a deep breath. Not really hurts I just feel everything.. Mine was chicken also. No more chicken for me for sure. It hurt..... I hope we are smart enough to learn from this. Let me know if you get sore.:thumbup:

I can't understand how you can call him a black man. He is also white. He is a wonderful candidate. My maternal grandmother was black. Yet all of her children were born the color of grandfather. So we were thought white... As if she didn't matter. I think it is sad that so many choose the label that suits their cause. I love all my grandparents including my other grandmother who was American Indian and listed on the 1900 census as property. I would love to think we will embrace the right person for the job and not the ethnicity....

I named my port but I thought I was the only one... Port sounded so nautical. I call my port Abby. Port Abby. I know it is silly but more personal.:smile:
