So, to update: It would seem my body was preparing for a hideous, dehydrating stomach virus which I am still suffering from. Good lord, am I sick! I am sure the 2lbs and then some is gone, but I feel too awful to get on the scale so I haven't weighed myself. I guess I should shut up and let my body do her thing! Hope nobody else gets this bug!

That gain is probably due to dehydration. It really doesn't take much, especially for us! Keep sipping as much as you can and I think you'll see that come right back off. Don't panic

I had my surgery 2/24, all went normally. Felt good this morning so I may have done too much around the house, but now I am in crippling pain. My low back left side, just above my hip, hurts so much I can barely walk or bend, going from sit to stand is agony. Anyone have this? Should I be at the ER right now????
