My name is Joe. I'm beginning the process of having the gastric sleeve I think. I have always been overweight but have lost 100 pounds in the past on a liquid diet program. Of course I have put most of it back on and after seeing a cousin lose a lot of weight decided to explore wls. I have an amazing wife and 2 wonderful sons. A job I truly enjoy and the best hobby ever; weekend rock star, which has been challenging at 350 lbs. I want to do this for myself, my family and my band. I want to be able to play soccer with my boys, go a roller coaster and not limit their activities because of me. I'm tired of watching life from the sidelining then it comes to physical activities and wondering if people are laughing at me. I want to change but am afraid of losing my relationship with food, wine and coffee ( I'm Italian) lol. I looking forward to hearing success stories here and hopefully being able to share my own someday.
