[ATTACH]46054[/ATTACH] I'm soooooooo excited and nervous and ready! I've decided to put together some BEFORE pics, painful as it is, and log every step of this journey. I want to look back a year from now and see my progress . I want to remember where I started from and never go back! August 1st hurry up!

4th of July holiday and switch in surgery schedules to every other Friday has put me into August now. August 1st is looking like my new date for sleeve surgery!

Thank you. I've decided for sure to go through with this. My final required monthly weigh in of 6 months is on next Tuesday then 2 wks til surgery. I'm very excited as offer stats are similar and yours gives me hope. I know we all lose differently and at different paces but I'm excited anyways. Did you keep a journal of exercise and food? Do you have before and after photos? Would you want to share your experience with me?

Do they continue to send scar cream and vitamins automatically with the Protein drinks and charge you for the vitamins and scar cream? I've read on here that the insurance covers the drinks but the vitamins and scar cream is expensive and not covered by the insurance. Can you cancel the cream and vitamins? And still receive the Protein Drinks?

50lbs is huge. That's a small child. A kindergartner! You're doing awesome in my opinion!

Thank you. I'm really nervous about the whole thing to be honest. But I have a great doctor who I trust will take good care of me and I believe I will be successful at this so I am moving forward with it. I want all this extra weight off that slows me down and keeps me from doing the things I want to and living the life I should be living. How are you feeling today? Hope all is well. Keep me posted. Been waiting 6 months. Now in 10 days I will have my final weigh in and then surgery on the 25th! It's dragging on so slowly. I am ready for this! I want to get the surgery out of the way and start losing already. Anyone else going on the 25th of July?

Wow! What was your beginning weight and weight 5 months out?

Little over 5ft

34 days to go. The other day I was weighing in at 211lbs. My goal was to get to 205lbs for my next appointment which is on the 8th of July. It's my final appointment and weigh in before surgery 2 wks after that. I can't drop below 205lbs or I drop below required bmi from insurance. I woke up today and now I'm at 206lbs! ? My weight fluctuates so much. I can't wait until I don't have to worry about losing too much. This has been incredibly tough believe it or not. I will definitely wear jeans and tennis shoes to the last weigh in. I want to be in onederland by surgery date! I hope. My feet are starting to hurt and I don't want to wait anymore for getting some of this weight off!

True. And normally I don't care but I guess the closer it gets the more I was reaching out and was a bit surprised that people who should understand were not very supportive.

There's so many things I am looking forward to post op. Dancing with my niece country line dancing. Going on a cruise with my hubby. Shopping for little cute clothes. Walking around in shorts and not being ashamed or embarrassed of my legs and arms and the rest of my body. Not being the one fat person in the room. I want to be little again so bad. And active. And healthy. And not shy away from photos.

We've all been there or are going to be there and know what you are going through. So many who have been through this and are months out even years out are so happy now and do not regret this decision. As I near closer to my surgery day these are the people I depend on to help me deal with my fears and uneasiness. You're going to be fine and in one month when I'm on here posting how my surgery is a day away and I'm scared you will be here telling me how you're a month out and lbs down and feeling great and how worth it this all is. Close your eyes relax and you'll wake up to your beginning to a new life.

I have a peanut butter obsession so I ordered this. It really is very good. It didn't seem to mix as easily as some others I've tried. Does it mix better with almond milk than water? I thought maybe if I blend it? It is very Yummy though.
