You meet him and can't help but to love the guy. Very cool. Knowlegable and no nonsense. He can speak from exerience because he too is banded. He goes beyond and help you to accomplish your goals. When I first met him I knew I was in the right place. He praised me when I did good and gave me the "over the glasses look" when I was being bad. Even takes teh time to really get to KNOW you. He knows my ultimate goal and what I hope to accomplish with my band and that means something. WLIA is a great place. The entire staff goes beyond for you. When I called and made that initial appointment I was SO excited. I went it and spoke with Meredith and she helped guide me through the entire financial aspect and assured me there were no surprises. I was skeptical at first until the process continued and it all went exactly as she said it was going to. So nice to have that feeling that people are really working WITH you. The out of pocket expenses she wrote down for me were right on. They even saved me some money! I have had my band for a little over two years now and it has done SO much for me. I have learned from it and especially the wonderful staff at WLIA. You won't regret making that phone call. I know I haven't! :D :D :D
