I feel pretty good but am a little hungry so I just had a fudge pop. I feel a lot better having something in my tummy rather than water and juice. Has anyone else moved onto the yogurt, pudding Etc type foods before day 10? I know everyone's docs have different rules and I don't intend on moving into the mushy stage till day 14 but anyone able to do the yogurt, pudding etc this early on without incident?
