I am currently doing my pre-op diet and have been under 500 calores, can I excercise as well or no? I dont want to be weak since I am not eating that many calories?

When i had my lapband I told the nurse i started my cycle, she said i will still need to put on the fishnet like undergarments...i had on a pad and the hospital undies...i had to take mine off!

I would love a buddy! I will be sleeved april 9th in Dallas tx!! I take biotin 7500 and Msm for my hair...i also use a shampoo with protein in it!! I prev had the lapband and went from sz 18 to 8/10 no problem with lose skin or losing my hair! Currently a 14 lookn to be a 8...good luck and gongrats on everyone success!! I would suggest taking a high dosage of biotin everyday along with MSM. Make sure you shampoo your hair with a biotin shampoo or a shampoo with protein in it. -

Are you a self pay or is that what insurance wont cover? My insurance isn't covering anything. Being a self pay I'm paying $16,000. That includes everything from my EGD to my post-op appointments, overnight stays in the hospital, nutritionist, anesthesiologist, and everything else in between That is out of pocket Ins is paying for revision from band to sleeve
