Im 6 weeks out and I still cant get in 64 oz!! Its a daily struggle for me!! I constantly sip then i have to stop for 45 min so i can eat, take 45 min to an hr to eat then i have to wait another 45 min after i eat to drink again! I get full from drinking..i think the most fluid I got in was 44 oz...i am not giving up!! Good luck ????????

I take bari-life I buy them online from barilife.com and they are 28 p;us 5 shipping. They are powdered Vitamins with EVERYTHNG in them. My dr also have me on a nasal b12 that I used once a week. I love the powder, I take it 2x a day and I can put in my shake, Water, Jello or yogurt.

@@abigail mine are capsules too and i just open the capsules and the lil mini beads are in it i pour into a teaspoon and swallow them per the drI am ONLY goin to follow my dr orders and I hope everyone else does too!!

Wow...I wasnt told not to eat it, now Im scared lol I was only told no steak or lettuce for 6 months! I too love corn but since it isnt low carb I havent tried it, I guess i want for 6 months too!!

I was prescribed Omeprazole..i think is the correct spelling for 3 months after my 3 months she told me to take otc prilosec for 3 months!! I didnt have acid problems pre-surgery or post surgery....I agree I was told by my dr in Dallas it helps in aiding in the healing. Mine are capsules that i Open and pour it in a spoon, i havent swallowed any pills yet. Im almost 8 weeks

Hmmmm it NEVER crossed my mind!! My mindset was I still have a stomach just not as big. I am also band to sleeve and the REVERSIBLE sold me!! Im praying for great success in my health and weightloss! I am almost 8 weeks and I have lost 25 pounds went from size 16 to a 14 and have no complications, been normal since i came home on day 2...so far im loving my sleeve....goodluck

Good luck, I think you are doing just fine, we all have struggles, Im sending huggssssss () your way!! Im going to focus on just being healthy and eating right....I know the weight will come off, just keep doing the RIGHT things and find you some good healthy snacks to make it through the day....

I am 6 weeks out, I have not had any complications, Im down 25 pounds since surgery. I felt normal on day 3 only a lil sore and a lil tired. The first 3 weeks i was never hungry, I do get hungry once a day and I am not sure if im hungry or is it because Im now at work and everyone else is hungry and eating lunch One of my biggest issue is and have been getting 64 oz of liquids in. I get full and tired from sipping all day.I have dropped one size and can now fit in size 14. I dont get the stuck feeling and typically Im full after a few bites. My other big issue is the running to the ladies room....ughhhh can eat soft food, liquids and and maybe 2hrs sometime 4hrs later I HAVE to go the ladies room. I dont like to eat out because of that unless we eat out and are close to home. Other than that, I love my new sleeve and 4 of my 5 incisions are almost gone...I too hung around and read people like Cowgirl Jane post and was inspired by her honesty and experience so I did my research and chose the sleeve. My surgeon was Dr Charlotte Hodges of the Barker Bariatric team, my surgery was done at a center excellence hospital Forest Park Medical Center in Dallas............5**** Stars to the surgeon and the hospital and my aftercare doctor!!

Goodluck!! I was revision from band to sleeve 4/9/2014 down 25 pounds!! One day stay at the hospital.. I did have Gas in the hospital but gasx knocked it out (hurt soooooo bad in my back) day 2 i was walking one mile feeling normal, no pain, no complications, no hunger!! I wish the best for you and also of my 5 incisions they are almost gone and I never put anything on them.. Look like i only have one scar and thats where my port was from lapband!! I wish EVERYONE great success and a healthy life after WLS

Im hungry every 2 hours Only. When im at work soooooo i guess im just BORED!! i eat 300-600 cal a day and I drink 2 protein shakes a day that total 60 grams of protein...on my 2 off days and at night im NEVER HUNGRY...mind over matter maybe i dont know.. When i was on leave from surgery i was not hungry those 3 weeks had to force myself to eat!

They are pills that help with sooooo many things and hair thinning is one of them...google msm pills an you will read great info on them, they are found at walgreens and cvs

I would suggest a high dosage of biotin and some msm pills....

I used to drink premier presurgery choc and vanilla...now post surgery i only like vanilla weird????

I picked up mine in Cedar hill Tx from Costco and yes they are on sale $5 cheaper and I only drink vanilla but i might put a peanut butter powder in it

I cant stop pooping!! Im almost 5 weeks out!! Poop 1-2 times a day everyday ;( Good luck i hope you poop soon!!

I drink G2 gatorade everyday, I buy the 16.9oz and drink 1/2 of it everyday, maybe you can add a sugar free drop in to give it some flavor. I didnt like it at first but I have been drinking them everyday since surgery.

I am 4 weeks and a few days post op and I eat solid food, I have been getting the bubble guts almost everyday.......OMG, I wish it wasn't me!! Some mornings I can drink my protein shake and be just fine and then some mornings I drink my shake and a hr later I gotta use it bad.....I don't know what triggers it cause even with food, it happens..Im hoping and praying that my body has just got to get used to it and it stops soon....I take wipes, panties and extra clothes with me everyday in a overnight bag just in case, because I do not want an accident. I had my first cycle since surgery, I was on my cycle the day of surgery I had my cycle for TWO days and it stopped!!
