  1. Hi Metoo, Im a newbe banded on Aug 29th, Just begin anew- don't look back and remember why you did this in the first place. With renwed conviction and determination. Stick with it, it may be the most difficult thing you do in you life, but aren't you woth it. Be good to yourself and treat yourself to small rewards when you accomplish small goals. A pedicure, or whatever floats your boat outside of food. Maybe we need to define what we like and cherish outside of food. I like uninterupted time to scrapbook. what about you? Anyway don't give up and get back on board. Sande
  2. Hi everyone, CA Gal here. My band date was the 29th. As usual I have definately tried to do to much to soon, entertaining over the weekend - so back in bed today! The whey protiens with isolates seem easier to digest, and are not that expensive if purchased in bulk. I have been able to get at least 2 down per day. one with low fat milk and tablespoon of pnut butter, organic. the second mixed with 1/2 c fresh fruits , cup of Water and ice then blend. I also drink my water. But soup sure does sound good. The gas does disapate the more you move around and the more you take deep breathes. My problem is that I keep running a low fever of 99 or 100 in the evenings, any ony else? Sande

  4. Hi all , I suppose your mind should start asap- a pig out day just delays the process, its all a mind game. Try to think that you are choosing to be good to your body eating less to prepare. Good luck
