    The surgery center actually forwarded the prescription to my surgeon. I hope he signs it and I get approved. That would help big time on my grocery cost.

    6 days til my band date....I am nervous. I woke up last night in the middle of a panic attack. Had a dream I couldn't breathe... I've been under before, twice I think it's because I am no longer young I am feeling a sense of mortality now... :-(

    I made better eating decisions. I also practiced the 2week preop diet. I studied what I will live off of for the next 3 month and so forth. I also prepared my family, let them know that sometimes I may have weakness and I need to be helped...lol

    I called my office, the office where I am having the procedure, and they had no idea what I was talking about. Just my luck the office closed at 12 today. I have to wait til Monday to check in with someone.

    Well I am glad you did not quit. I know that had to suck so bad. I am a little anxious now, I am barely sleeping, but I guess that's apart of excitement. Good luck and best wishes. Keep us updated. Maybe we can be our own little support group and cheering squad.

    Awesome! Let's do it! My boyfriend is in shape and I feel bad sometimes because I want him to feel like I feel towards him towards me...lol does that make since? His main concern is me opting out of physical or outdoors activities because I don't want people watching the "fat girl," be active. My goal is to lose 73 lbs by my birthday 12/22.

    Pibble, Are you excited? What are your goals? How's your family support? My daughter doesn't want mommy to lose her fluffiness but my boyfriend is all for it. I've been struggling with my weight since I was 13, I am ready for the much needed support in my weight loss.

    If you can't stick to the post op, how will you adjust after surgery? What I did was do one week of my post op well before I was approved just to see if I was ready to be fully committed. And I did it. There is a reason the pre op diet is given, I really hope you can overcome food temptations. Best of luck. Tomika
