So, I had hernia repair with my sleeve. Today is about 12 days out lifted 45 pound son onto swing about 3 times today. Now I have a slight pain so I'm totally freaking out. It's subtle but how do I know if I did something bad????

Is it true that there is a way to "reset" your sleeve? I feel like I'm doing well but I'm plateauing and concerned about how much I'm taking in and wanna get myself in check and start anew. I've heard talk about resetting the sleeve is this a real thing? How would one do it.

I bought so many and hated them all after a while (wasted a lot of money). except one. I'm one year out and Looooove all three Premiere Protein flavors, especially choc and strawberry (like Quick). . Costco here has all three flavors

I'm almost a year post op. I spent a fortune on protein drinks the first few months. The only one left that I can stomach and I actually enjoy is Premiere Protein premixed, all three flavors

I started taking organic apple cider vinegar to help me with my ezcema and it was very helpful for my acid reflux. Apparently its good for a lot of things. Its very hard to drink so I'd mix a tablespoon with a small cup of protein drink (which is gross and makes it curdle but I can get it down this way without it burning) really helped, get Bragg brand if you can and shake.

Here in NJ the pizza places have gray appetizers and sides. Went family orders I get broccoli rabe and sausage and love that. I tell everyone I'm watching carbs. If I need a taste I cut a sliver but the app I get is super satisfying

So my surgery was end of March. I was about 218 and I've gotten down to 162 and I'm at about 9 months. Has anyone ever had a super long stall at this time in their experience? I've been at 162 for at least 2 months and I'm getting very discouraged.

I get this stuff at BJs called True Lemon, its all natural and so good not as funky ingredients as Crystal Light

Found at BJ's, TrueLemon, all natural and with Stevia. Sooo good, only rivaled by Chick Fila diet lemonade. Sooo good, I will be ordering different variaties online. So nice and not as scary as drinking Crystal Light and the like all of the time.

on the website for Truelemon I believe they have their own version of an Arnold Palmer. BJ's is a wholesale store, like costco.

so, I'm starting to get sick of the Bariatric Advantage multi flavor. The problem with most of the non-chewables are that they are so huge and the tasty gummies don't have much if any Iron. Anyone know of a good one with plenty of iron?

I had this so bad, lost my mind for about 3 days. Benedryl spray helped a bit but time was really the thing

I'm about 4 months and I do pretty well with chicken and hamburger but oddly tofu gives me that stuck pain and takes s a while to pass. No restrictions after 8 week check up.

I had surgery march 2014 and I started at 5'6" 218 and I'm now 171. I wish i was further along and recently hit a stall . first one since week 3. Getting discouraged but keep hearing this is common. I'll keep chugging along

So, first case of PP was from Costco and had the silver tab and a nice thin consistency. Just joined BJs and they have same drink but now has resealable opening. Opened my first one yesterday and was very think and hard to drink. Anyone else have the resealables and find them thick?

Im at four months. Scale didn't move in over a week. I'm so use to it moving so I'm very disappointed. I started out at relatively low bmi, weighed about 218 at 5'6" but I've been losing at the least a pound a week. Haven't stalled since the dreaded 3 week stall so I'm concerned

I totally felt like you did early on. Especially because the liquids and purees were not satisfying me so I thought that there is no way the solids will. Boy I was wrong. There are even days when I order a big plate of food only to feel silly when I realize how little of it I can eat at one sitting. My hunger is still here, my mind still thinks I can eat a whole plate of food or a couple of bites of appetizer and then my entree or half plate I ordered. But alas, I can not. And that is cool! You will not be able to clean your plate, I guarantee you. But keep in mind, some days a few bites and I'm done and other days a few more and I'm done. Every day my restricdtion varies a little, not sure why. You are going to be great don't worry!

, so , I'm about 11 weeks out. Went out with family last night for sashimi and sushi. I've had sashimi once so far no problems. Last night two pieces with rice and three pieces sashimi alone. I tossed and turned all night, today? So far three bouts of liquid diarrhea! I feel so horrible but my temp is actually low and I have to go I work. Super nervous about dehydration. Anyone have this experience?

All doctors have someone on call 24/7. This forum is helpful but it is not a replacement for a question that should be directed to a doctor. I called my surgeons practice about twice early on and they couldn't have made me more comfortable about calling. Hopefully you will have the same reaction because your concerns are valid as you should call.
