I had my surgery on January 13th, prior to the surgery I had lost 13 pounds on my own, after the surgery I lost an additional 35 for a total of 48 pounds. that was over 3 months ago, I have no lost a single point since. I know I have heard of stalls but three months? I am so discouraged right now and having such a hard time dealing with it all. I met with my dr in june when it first started and he said we would talk about it at my next visit which is not until September 9th but by then it will be over 3 1/2 months and no weight loss. I have tried more food, less food, Protein shakes...then no Protein Shakes. I go to the gym 4 - 5 times a week I just don't know what to do

I was using my fitness pal pretty faithfully until about six weeks ago, like I said I was just busy this summer and let it go, I picked it up again this week. As for vegetables, I just have a hard time getting everything in, there is only so much you can eat and they are always telling you Protein first

I was pretty good about keeping a journal until mid july, the summer got the better of me and I stopped but I just started again this week. I do try and get all my Protein in each day, Water I am decent at I could be better but I get at least 30 - 40 oz in a day. I have not gained any weight this summer, but I also have not lost. I don't feel like there has been any change in my clothes either and I am just so discouraged now

I am starting to feel like this surgery is not working. I had my surgery on January 13th. I lose 12 lbs within the first week and the nothing! Three weeks into it I got sick over the weekend and did not eat a thing for 3 days and lost 6 more lbs but since then I have lost nothing again. I am doing everything I am supposed to, getting my Protein in, not overeating but I am not losing weight and I am going into my 7th week. I mean a stall is one thing but it seems like since week one I have been on a permanent stall...it is very discouraging and depressing to say the least

Thanks I just ordered the trial pack so I can see if I like it or not.. I am not really having trouble eating at all, I was and about 10 days or so ago it seemed to have went away, as long as I do not overeat I am fine but I can tell when I have had too much.

I have an appt in a week and a half, this Thursday I am going away for 4 days so it is when I come home. I drink at least 50 ounces of Water a day or more. I have a 24 ounce container I fill up and get at least two a day if not more down. I have tried drinking more Protein drinks then less Protein Drinks. I use my fitness pal app to keep track of all my calories..and I am having no problem getting in 1000 calories which makes me worried when I see so many people say they cant get near that.

maybe I am just worried..I will be 5 weeks on Monday and a couple of days ago my stomach started feeling uncomfortable. I am not sure how to describe it, it doesn't hurt horribly but I get these waves of uncomfortableness and it is usually on my right side, and my stool has been very light in color. Am I worried for nothing or do you think it could be my gallbladder?

I was planning on bringing some Protein bars with me and my sister lives in florida so I told her to go pick up some pre made Protein drinks and bring them with her so I don't have to fly with them. I am worried about eating too fast and getting sick in the dining room! And I am worried that my stomach is going to hurt every time I eat, I just wish that feeling would go away -

I am 34 days out of my surgery and I am on soft foods now but when I eat it still hurts a little, is this normal? and how long before it goes away. I guess my real concern is that 2 1/2 weeks from now I am going on a cruise. I had talked to my doctor about this before the surgery, I am a travel agent and I have a large group going and one of them is getting married so I really wanted to be there to make sure everything went ok, but now I am just worried if I can handle it or not. It is only a 4 day cruise thank goodness, but I just made myself an egg and it bothered me a little going down. definitely have to work at the eating slower thing..that is my own fault I know but it just feel uncomfortable when I eat, when does that go away? -

I am already feeling discouraged by only losing 18 lbs in the last 34 days, and I know we are not all the same, but to be going thru all of this and not lose definitely made it harder. I went thru a 3 week stall where I didn't lose anything.
