I exceeded my goal by 10 pound and have always stayed within 4 pounds . I'm 18 months post op.

Sounds like dehydration ...

Started at 191 and at the one year mark I am 127... 10 pounds to my goal. I am only 5'2.

Best thing I ever did... Just do exactly what you are told and you will be fine. I did not tell anyone because I wanted this to be about me and for me!

Cream of wheat may be too heavy. If you are on full liquid soups without noodles pureed, Jello, Protein drinks.I really liked V-8 fusion. Avoid tomato based because it may cause too much acid.
