Hi! I was sleeved on March 11th also. I did very well the 2 days after but fell to pieces for 3 days with gas! I cried and cried. I tried everything. Finally I had a BM and I'm feeling great. I'm doing better with this surgery than my LapBand. Good luck to everyone! Jody from Jersey -

Hi everyone, I had my surgery on Tuesday. I just started the full liquid diet today. I previously had a LapBand so I know what I'm in for! It sure does get boring. If anyone finds something good we can all have please please share!

Yesterday was circuit training with a trainer and 45 minutes on the treadmill. Today is a day of rest but I'll be back tomorrow!!

45 minutes on the treadmill at the gym tonight. Tomorrow is last chance workout before weighing in at Weight Watchers.

I meant to say 40 minutes of cardio and circuit training with trainer!!
