Of course I am supposed to eat but nothing sits well. I am taking anti nausea medicine but it is not helping and i am on oxycontin which just puts me to sleep. I have terrible pain in my chest

i can't walk standing straight up. I hurt everywhere and I have not eaten since Monday night. I feel 9 months pregnant. I hope this gets better soon.

Unjury make an unflavored protein powder. I add it to water and then add crystal light to the water. Even though it says unflavored there is a slight taste to it, nothing i can really put my finger on. I don't notice it when i add crystal light. I don't think you can add it to hot liquids because it will clump, warm yes but not hot.(not above 130 degrees)

I had an ablation 2 years ago this month. I had the lining of my uterus completly burned away because I had such bad cycles. I have not had a period in 2 years. Now, I am on week 2 of the liquid diet and I get banded on the 11th. Yesterday at work to my great suprise, I got my period. How that is even possible, I do not know. Doc said it is due to the increased protein and not to freak out. So I am not a happy camper and it better go away soon!!

These are truly wonderful. If you are not a regular exerciser start out on level one because anything higher would be difficult. I personally think you will love them, I do christine

I smoked for 23 years and i quit in Feb. I took this wonderful pill called chantix. I have tried eveything up until this point, patch wellbutrin you name it I tried it. The chantix was expensive but a God send . I still have a hard time believing I am a non smoker. 8 months. Im here if you need support cherforth@gmail.com

I too am being banded on Sept 11. i am excited and nervous. I decided not to tell anyone, only my husband knows because I thought it was better than dealing with the negative comments. Good luck to you and keep your chin up
