Music Professor 26

I had a kind of scary moment last night. I'm 3 months postop VSG. I was at a friend's house with my husband having a glass of wine (something I've had before with no problems). I started getting extremely sweaty (like excessively sweaty, WAY MORE than I ever experience exercising), so I took off my jacket. I knew something was weird because it wasn't hot at all. I was then having chills all over my body, my heart was pounding, and felt dizzy like I was going to pass out; could barely walk to the car. It was hard to keep my head up. I had my husband drive me home and I went straight to bed. I feel much better this morning, but it was really out of the ordinary for me. Has anyone else experienced this or know what this could be? So no one tells me something I don't already know...Yes. I'm contacting my doctor later today.

I had surgery on Tuesday the 29th, and I can only do liquids for 2 weeks. I've been having broth, popsicles, and hot chocolate that is specifically from my doctor's office. Everything still catches and hurts in my chest going down and I'm worried about getting my ounces in.

My date is April 29...I have my pre-op appointment this Thursday, and still have 3 pounds to lose for them to do my surgery! AUGH! Very stressful.

I have no idea what my timeline is yet, as I've only been to a seminar so far. My official 1st consultation with the surgeon is this Thursday! I'm really hoping to get my surgery in May or June, assuming the process allows me to move that quickly.
