My surgery is March 10..... 7 days away. I have been on my full liquid diet for 7 days and I have Lost 12 lbs so far!!!! ???? I will say that the end of day two was painful. My head hurt my legs hurt (low potassium). But I pushed through it. I have 4 children so life for me could not stop. I haven't made my kids suffer for my current situation. We have still went out places. But I have not nor will I cheat! Cause if I cheat I will only be cheating myself.... Last night day 6 I cried myself to sleep cause I just wanted to eat but like I said I have a goal and my eyes are fixed on it!!!!! We will make it guys!!!!!! I'm praying for at least another 13 lbs this week!!! Tomorrow starts Clear Liquids

I too started my liquid diet this morning!!!!!! I'm also scheduled for March 10!!!! We can do this together!!!!! I had a protein shake this morning however I blended in one teaspoon of low fat peanut butter. It doesn't take bad at all.

Today I'm starting my full liquid Diet!!!! My surgery is scheduled for March 10th. I am 29 years old and My highest weight was 288 today I'm 286.2.. I'm excited but yet very nervous. I know this is going to be a life changing event for not only me but my family. I have been married on February 22 for 11 years.... We have battled many years with infertility etc. which has led me to depression. I feel at times I turn to food to help me with my emotions. But not any more! I declare that today is a new day! And I will no longer be a slave to food nor my emotions.... Any advice for me to help this go a little easier? Perhaps tips for the liquid diet.... I'm also having my gallbladder taken out was this any added down time? Thanks for your help!
