Hi there everybody, I'm Rachel, I had a gastrict band in July 2013, Iv lost 4 stone, but now I'm staying at the same weight... I'm finding it hard to stop eating chocolate.... I guess this is the bit where you have to diet to go along with the band, I also have a problem where I don't fancy any food, I tend to stick to complan shakes and cereal, from today I'm making an effort to eat proper food... Anybody else gone off food??
