I'm 2 wks post op and my side where stomach and main incision is hurts when I cough or sneeze. It feels like a stretching or pulling feeling. Has anyone encountered this after surgery? Should I be concerned?

Thanks everyone! I called my Dr today and he said also that this was normal and it should go away in a week or so. -
I am 2wks post op and just started eating soft foods. But I am having trouble coming up with a meal plan and I don't feel I am eating enough protein in the day. Does anyone have ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner ?

Yes, definitely see a difference. Try wearing a different top to do your comparison so u can see big difference yourself. Remember we are our biggest critics. Keep up the great work!
