      Get yourself a fitbit. It even links myfitness pal. you can record your food on myfitness pal and fitbit will auto track the food and exercise too. Fitbit even tracks your sleep. It is an amazing little item.

      Have you considered a bodybugg. I really used to love mine. It tracks a number of things.
