I am 15 months out of having my vsg. I have fallen off the wagon and do not know where to start over again ???? I am down 93 pounds but I know I could have lost more. I've lost interest in exercising and doing 5ks. I feel like I've let not only myself down but my family as well. I just need some encouragement and I at this point, I do not have it. I hope maybe someone out there has had the same experience (unfortunately) and could give me some help or advice ????

I'm going to try Zumba and kick boxing, maybe if I try something new, I'll stick with it ????

It's harder than I thought ???? I thought I could control the psychological aspect of it, but I guess I was wrong. I told myself this weekend that starting tomorrow, I will start over and begin another new me ????

Don't be scared. I just had my sleeve done 2 days ago, I'm sore which is to be expected, but it's not bad. The hardest part for me is trying not to gulp my water! ! Keep us posted!!

Omg I just received a call, they moved my surgery up from the 12th to the 4th! I'm so scared, excited but scared.........

I know, waiting for the call is annoying!! Don't worry I'm sure it will be soon

I plan on taking 4 weeks off, due to what my profession is, but I think it will be good to have the extra time off. I heard someone had surgery on a Wednesday, then went back on that friday!! Lord I couldn't do that lol.
