I'm new to the site I had Gastric bypass 18 months ago. I lost 155lbs. I am very excited about the loss but I am saddened by the fact that I feel like I am going back to old bad habits. Eating with meals eating things I shouldn't I need some help. I have beat myself up over this I'm tired of sulking now I need help recipes, snack ideas, protein shake ideas, anything!!! THANKS!!
