I have been heavy all my life. Always bigger than my family and friends. I've had one time at the age of 20 that I lost over 65 pounds but I stayed in the gym at least two hours a day 7 days a week. Since then I've had many knee surgeries and could not keep the weight from coming back on. Last year I decided to go to a wl seminar and left saying I would try one more fade diet and went to Medifast. Well it worked and I lost 35lbs. But couldn't seem to lose more and I still had 50 pounds to go. I quit smoking and my husband and I went through some emotional events and I gained the weight back. So I decided to take charge and have the surgery. My date was 2/24. Starting weight was 215 @ 5'1. Today 3/4 196.9.
