Hello, This is my first time here. I haven't had my surgery yet. I am schedule to have my surgery on 2/21/2014. I will be having VSG. I have started my 14 day liquid diet and I am on my 4th day. The hardest part I am finding with the liquid is cooking food for my family and not being able to eat it. mrs.gemini
