As an introvert bordering on hermit, going back to work this week has presented its own set of challenges. And since having my surgery, food is no longer a way to cope with stress. I am in desperate need of some down time to decompress and regroup. *Just Breathe*

Eeeek ! You sound a bit like me ! I love people but dealing with public ( my job ) can wear me out ! I need to hibernate to recharge my batteries sometimes ! Ive found walking/ running a great way to decompress, also baking for co workers, reading / pinterest and a hot cup of tea do wonders for me . Hope you find a healthy way to deal with your stress !
