As a little girl, proper nutrition and physical activity were unimportant; sweating or being athletic was not lady-like. Now, I am trying to learn the fundamentals of health and wellness, while balancing everything else. It's a daily power struggle.
I also use Jay Robb Protein Powder and enjoy it. I have used the chocolate and also the vanilla. It also comes in strawberry. You can find it at Whole Foods, Amazon and eBay. It's not overly sweet and it's made with Stevia.
Eww ... yea - I use slim fast and then add the unflavored protein to add more protein to it, with skim milk it boosts it to 22 grams of protein. (Just a suggestion)
I use the Body Fortress from Walmart. They have five different flavors. I always make smoothies. Right now I am doing a ten day fast with only protein shakes.
