I am no expert on getting int he Protein, but find what you like and add Protein Powder to it. sprinkle it in your eggs or cottage cheese or greek yogart. 5 oz of greek yogart is 12 mg protein, so with some powder in it like you could boost it up nicely without having to eat more. I will say one thing with certainty. I ran wound centers and have put 100's of vacs on people. It is the best treatment you could be doing for fast healing. I know the dressing changes are not fun, but thank God only 3 times a week!. sorry for your complications. God speed!
