Hi everyone praying everyone is still doing great on there journey. Just wanted to ask some of ya a question and I will tell ya why I am asking it. Are some of ya still having restriction in eating food. I still am some food the dense one I can only eat couple of bites. I know this person who had the surgery about 6 month before me well she gain some of her weight back she ask me how I am keeping my weight off I told her that I can't and even if I could wouldn't over eat. That the surgery was a tool and a journey, that she has to check her intake of food and the kind of food she is eating. Its hard for me to understand how she is able to eat more than 4 oz of food I still can't. Plus I workout 3-4 days a week still working on my water intake.

@@mbrinmn I stalled for the first time in the beginning of December it lasted until last week. Keep doing what u are doing dont worry so much of what the scale is saying just focus on the inches. Yes add exercise and increase your water intake you will start back losing.

@@motherof5 that is good to hear you are doing well. I still can't believe this is happening with me with the weight loss. When I look in the mirror how much has changed I am still shock. I weight myself once a week and if I dont lose I dont get upset because the inches are coming off which I am glad of. I have a valentine's ball to go to in February went last year before my journey I was in a size 22 dress. Now drum roll it looks like a size 10/12 I haven't brought the dress yet I am waiting until the first week of February to know what size I will need. I am just happy with the progress so far. Wish you the best in your journey. It hard work but we got this.

Happy New Year everyone. Hope that the weight loss journey is going well. Just to update will be 5 month next week doing well. I wanted to be in a size 12 by January and I made it. I have stalled my first one which is ok I am not going crazy over it. My inches are coming off which is great. My current weight is 179 so that a total lose of 61 goal weight is 150 so I have 29 more to go. Hopefully everyone is doing well.

    LONGEST. STALL. EVERRRR.

Ok are you allow to get your protein from shakes. If you are you may want to drink your protein then I am 3 month post op. SO I am 13 weeks. I snack twice a day I eat something or drink my protein . In the morning about 6:30-7 am I drink my protein shake or smoothie which will have 30 grams of protein it takes me 45 min to 1 hour to finish it then 30 min to 40 min after I will have a high protein snack like cheese that's only thing my stomach likes then another protein drink lunch since I only eat bite or two. I will have some type of protein like chicken or tuna I only able to eat 1/4 and I am full then at dinner another type of protein chicken tuna or turkey. If I feel I didn't get another protein from food I drink another shake
