Yes I think that premier protein is good to drink. I have tried chocolate vanilla and the new one strawberry and creme which is good.

I have Aetna too and had to do 6 month finished the 6 month july they sent everything to insurance company 1 week after the last visit got approve 4 day later. -

Most insurance from what I know only require 2-3 year of your highest weight from that year. Like everyone said do your research about the procedure that it will be covered. Because 5 year is a new one for me too.

Karen Scott You can do it the first two day are hard but once you pass the day each other day will be fine. I just got a call from my surgeon office they change the time of my surgery from 10:15 am down to 6:30 am I am glad of the change that it will be early so I will get to go home, sooner wish everyone the, best -

Hello everyone I am so happy for each one of ya the ones who got dates and the one who has already been sleeved. Today is my 5 day of my 7 day pre op diet. I am so glad that I haven't had any problems doing the diet not cheating yay! My surgery is Monday the 11 I am getting nervous now. But this is the beginning of a, new chapter in my life and I and so happy. -
The only people that know about my surgery is my family and 2 of my close friends. No one where I work knows and I don't want them to know. I work with bunch of women and you know is women like to talk and I didn't feel like I need to explain why I am doing this. I have been working out a lot so they know I am trying to loss weight. So when I start to lose and it is noticeable then they may think what I am doing is working.

I feel you I am on weak too. All I do once I am home from work is get in the bed. Just so tired on day 3 of 7 pre op. Aug 11 can't get here fast enough

Dreamgirl45 you are my surgery buddy. I get sleeve on August 11 I am in Ga. I am so ready. I haven't really told anyone I work with. My family knows and they support me. August 11 is mine date I only had to do a week of pre op diet which I started yesterday so far Ive been good drinking my protein shake 3 of them a day drinking lot of water, crystal light also soup. I pray that all of you scheduled for this month do well and best wishes on your weight loss journey. -
