new & struggling to get in all my protein in & water in
Unbesleeveable replied to chammie's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Good afternoon Chammie, that is normal actually... i went through a tough time at 1st with protein and water intake. I sipped alot of broth and ate alot of popsicles and jello. I drank the chocolate premier protein shakes [2pr day, which is 60g of protein ] I followed my dr instructions to the letter,no cheating and the weight literally melted away. [i didn't start eating foods until 12 wks in actually] You should be able to start walking a treadmill next week...this will help. -

What is Your Goal Weight at 5'5
Unbesleeveable replied to sukik's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am 5'4 and my goal weight was 170, my surgeon said 155...i am currently 165 [with a revised goal of 160] -
Nothing unbearable, I knew of my repair prior to surgery... I experienced a little more nausea and I wasn't able to eat much, but I didn't complain as the scale kept dropping in numbers

Congratulations on your approval, this will certainly change your life! Good luck
