Out of work 3 weeks sooner than surgery, but at least I've been cleared, all tests done, and now on the road to much better health. Down another 2 lbs! 23 days to go!

My dr wants me to keep the immobilizer on, and to do everything I can to not stand on it for too long or put pressure on it. He said 3 weeks should be good for the brace, then physical therapy..... he told me the sleeve surgery in 3 weeks will be a godsend and take away the weight that keeps reinjuring my knee
