I had my surgery (rny) on 2/18/14. I am just starting my wls journey. So far everything has been going very good. I found this site through searching for some recipes for the next phase of my diet. I like to think ahead and be prepared. I have never been so serious about anything in my life. I have tried many different types of weightloss programs for the last 4 years and I am begining to have a wide variety of health problems. I have too much I want to do yet to just be sitting and watching others.
