    Vitamins

I agree with andy and lil boos way of taking them. My Bariatic clinic also says that a pill crusher was a good idea that way I would be able to take them with jello or even drink to wash them down. But the sublingual vitamin has good taste the others are flavored chewables.

    Home from the hospital.

Congratulations to you both. Hope you both recover soon.
  11. Well like yourself. I started the Bariatic clinic in feb 2013 but after putting some efford into it I got scared out of it. Then I wasn't sure if I should have the sleeve or gastric bypass. Being that I have cancer in readdmission I should put objects inside my body. After researching the sleeve I realized that for my gurd (extrem acid reflex)that it will not take it away and not enough long term answers for me to be comifitable having it done. Yet gastric bypass has long term answers lots of patients no longer suffer from reflex after bypass. So I look forward to having my bypass done in april. Hope to hear more from you again. Best of luck. It can't be any worse than what got us to the Bariatic clinics. We all deserve to live a thinner healther happier lives.

Embarrassed by My Six Year Old

First congratulation on ur weight lose. Mine hasn't yet been that major hopefully soon. Looking to have gastric bypass in april.. Well l have been working at reaching my pre opp weight I lost that plus some. Well last Sunday I was sitting in church service while 5 men members were singing church songs I had my bra brake. Being that I have financal struggles. I didn't have funds to run out and buy clothes for the weightloss I made . I had to keep adjusting the bra trying to hold up my chest.(take note I went from ddd to dd ) and I quit in church service. Felt one was supported while one was free. Omg talk about wronge place and timing.

    Coffee Junkie

I'm sorry that I have taking so long to repost. I jus got off the phone with my bariatic clinic they say that every clinic may say something different. About what they want their patients to do but everyone is different but caffine can; prolong healing, cause dehydration, cause weight gain, and caluim absorbsion difficultly. Are all possible as well as it is addictive. Bad for your nervers. Yeah I was a coffee drinker but all that info just came from my clinic and that's why I posted it. Not cuz I didn't like it. But I must admit. I have cheated and tryed a sip or two but its jus not the same anymore. I've past my goal weight. Clinic said I had to be 222 before being able to seting appointment to see the surgeon.and I'm now at 215 so I will post again soon. Hope I was helpful. Keep in touch everyone. Stay focused.

    Coffee Junkie

When I first started my weightloss clinic I wasn't sure if I would be able to stick to it for the reason being I was told that I had to give up coffee it was my biggest and only addiction. I even had to do1/2 decafe & 1/2 reg so I could kick it slowly but now I no longer even desire coffee ever. I haven't been told we can't have decafe anymore but I will be sure to call my clinic to seek an answer as to why we can't. Best of luck to all. Can't wait for my date.
