  1. I almost feel like a teenager again. I have so much energy. I am signing up for my first 5k next month.

    Anyone From Buffalo, Ny Out There?

    Not in buffalo but was born there and still travel there to visit with family. 4 months post op and going strong. 100lbs down about 45lbs away from target weight.
  4. Have something or go to a place where you can order something. My surgery was done 2 days after Christmas and at that time I was on a liquid diet and ate on a schedule. That made it easy to keep my discipline. Eating on a schedule did the trick for me.

    I am exercising more now than what I did in the beginning and I do no sugar. I will try increasing my protein

    My weight loss has stalled after losing 85lbs. How do I restart it and is this something that will happen often?

  10. I am having a hard time but it's an ok hard time with clothing. I am trying to wait until I reach my goal weight before I go out and get some threads. But I am really not doing good with pants. Shorts I can buy and wear for awhile but pants I have to wait. Is anybody else having this problem

    4 days post op

    I didn't start vomiting until I tried eating small amounts of pasta or more solid food. I still eat apple sauce, watermelon and grits.
  12. I am really eating lots of watermelon and honey dew. I rather have than real foods. Does anybody else eat more fruit than real food?
