    Lol, I read your post wrong. I did 30 min workouts 2x a day, I ate raw veggies and Fruit, drank water all day long and I did portion control with my meals.

    I am almost finished my 6 month supervised diet, I have one more class left. I have since lost weight but apparently, it isn't enough. As I'm sure we all know, it's extremely hard to do. I have to lose 1lb in 4 days in order to get my last visit with my surgeon. How much did you lose during your 6 months? I feel horrible right now.. :-(

    Hi BitterSweet, I was struggling to lose weight for my final weigh in before seeing my surgeon, they asked me to lose a lb and I managed to lose 6lbs!

    My BMI is 38 and my ins says my BMI has to be 40 with no comorbidities or 35 with comorbidities. Has anybody experienced this?
