Hi,
My name is Terri. I am current on a 4 week Liquid Pre op diet and on day 4. Ughh... I am allowed 4-5 protien shakes and clear liquids. I have yet tot feel "hungry" physically but have head hunger. Wondering how in the world can I go 4 weeks with no "food". Taking it meal time by meal time and looking at my over all goal!!
