I have sleep apnea, Cronic Back pain, pain in my knees n hips, degenerative discs n 2 Bulging discs, I have swelling in the lower part of my legs, rhumitoid arthritis, borderline diabetes, n GERD I'm not a big girl but because of all of my other problems I just want to b pain n pill free Hopefully soon I get the call from Fidelis with Medicaid that I'm accepted. I'm going to upstate community general my surgeon is Dr. H. Simon n I'm still pre op I go May 1st for my 2nd visit with the Dr. N on May 28 my Endoscopy. Who r u seeing Zelda?

I have Medicaid with Fidelis Care and I can't get the insurance company to talk to me they say my surgeon had to submit papers to know if my surgery will be covered

Angi Hi hun we r in same boat but I have no idea how long my pre op stuff will take my insurance company will not talk to me but I know it's between 3 to 6 months. I'm scared constantly n I keep thinking hey I can do this on my own but I know I can't cuz I've tried so many times over.

So May 1st will b my 2nd visit and I had to cut down on soda intake CHECK went from 3 to 5 a week to like 3 since March 27th when I really crave 1 I grab a Sparkling Ice Love these!! Next goal increase liquid intake HALF CHECK I'm not at 64 ounces but I do drink more than I used to. Also try to do chair exercises HALF CHECK I forget to do them oops!
