Hi
My name is Ann and I will have had my lap band a year in March. Its been an interesting journey and not just food wise but mentally and spiritual. Most of the problems I have experienced were most likely my own doing. Lots of lessons learnt. finally I am realising that its still a choice, a choice if I win or fail. Now I am heading towards winning. Feeling much better but still struggling on some levels. I have lost 3 stone so far and have another 2-3 stone to go.
I wish you well and look forward to being part of this community
