FYI.....with tricare you have to pay $17 per shipment. Still better than having to buy them! -
I've tried shredded chicken in the can and tuna, and neither one settled well! Won't be trying those again. Sticking with eggs and mashed potatoes. Crackers settle good. And cold soggy cereal. Yes I had my surgery done at JBER by dr Clark. You?

Fairbanks for me, but had surgery in ANC March 12. Only 18 days post op. Was on full liquids up until 3 days ago. I lost 11 pounds the first 11 days after surgery, but now nothing. Hope that when I get into a regular meal routine it will start coming off again

I was sleeved March 12 and I just feel hungry all the time. I don't know if I'm really hungry or if it's all in my head. Whatever it is, it is very frustrating. I'm still only allowed liquids for another week and a half. Any ideas on how to kick this feeling???

Hello, my surgery is in 3 weeks and I'm trying to get a feel for the best tasting protein shakes. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!
