Lol I'm sorry I don't know because I want to be healthy but for damn sure I want to look better and feel better about myself. Though I'm not aiming for a bikini, as sexy little one piece wouldn't hurt. -

Juicing is so amazing
readyanxiousscared replied to CurvyCakes's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Juicing is an excellent way to get in your veggies if u don't eat them regularly. It tastes weird in the beginning but you can always personalize it for taste buds. Also, don't go out and buy the most expensive one, start off small to ensure juicing is even your thing. -
anyone hoping for an early summer surgery?
readyanxiousscared replied to tiredmama's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I am scheduled to see the nutritionist in two weeks and the psych eval in March. I Don't know what to expect after that because my insurance does not require much (bcbs). Also, my doc told me I need to be tobacco free for 3 months but I'm hoping he will ease up on that for me. Ultimately he said June and the dietician said maybe May.
