Hi im a hairdresser and was sleeved on April 24th and I took 2 weeks off I didn't think that was enough time....I wasnt in any pain it was more not having the energy i was on full liquids when I went back it was hard to get my protein and water in when I was busy I wish I took off a month! Now 2 months out and on regular food and feel amazing good luck to you!!!!

Great job!!!! 40ish pounds by week 8 seems to be the normal as I keep reading that im 8 weeks tomorrow and down 43!

Hi im 7 weeks out and seafood, lunch meat, cheese, rotisserie chicken has been going down the best for me

I feel your pain I was sleeved on April 24th and I just hit my first stall and its so frustrating!!!!! Did you do anything to get passed your first one? Good luck I hope your stall doesn't last too long

Ok so my client told me about this liquid Protein "shot" her husband who had the bypass last year drinks so I decided to try it because I Having a hard time getting my protein in because im so sick of my premier Protein shake im 5 1/2 out and on puree stage im super happy to get 42 grams of protein in 3.8 oz but it is not all that tasty thankfully they have other flavors so I hope I find a decent one and if not im just going to gag it down because I need the protein!!!! After reading what everyone was saying I looked at the actual ingredients (something I should have done before I bought it) and it different forma of protein that my nut said to stay away from because its not pure whey protein

Is the isopure something similar buy with better nutrition value?

And here I was thinking it was the 2 stool softeners I took this morning lol

Yeah im going to talk to my doctor/nut and see what they say I start regular food on Thursday and I would love to be able to get all my protein in with food but i dont see that happening for a while and I nees to get mt protein in im so tired all the time. And if this protein shot isnt good then ill just have to suck it up and drink the ones I have!!!!! Thank you everyone for your input I love this website its so amazing and so helpful ♥

It says its whey protein I thought thats all I had to look for.....thank you for your help im still new to all this and learning

They made me nauseous im going to wait and try again in a few weeks because I love poached eggs and hard boiled eggs

The pain medication made me nauseous so they gavee something else and it made me feel better......good luck

I have actually been really open with people and I have had nothing but positive outcome and support im a hairdresser at fantastic sams and we have a lot of regulars and im starting to get you omg your looking so good and people who aren't even coming in for a service to just come and check in on me its so much easier then lying to people iv always been ashamed to be fat and I dont want to be ashamed of anything anymore if someone doesn't like me decision thats on them not me this is the hardest thing/"diet" I have ever done it is not for the lazy like most people think

I didn't take mine like I was supposed to (I thought I only took it of I got acid reflux) and I started getting a lot of pain in my chest a little over 1 weeks out and since I started taking something every day im fine.....so take it see if he can give you a pill I take 20mlg omeprazole and its in a capsule! Good luck

What does it taste like?

I hope uou get approved I have my fingers crossed for you what doctor are you using? Yeah iv never had it before so I didnt know what it was and the medicine I take makes a huge difference
