  6. Hi there I'm east of OKC area, I had my sleeve done on 1/31/14. I'm down 50lbs. But have not lost anything this week, are you on myfitnesspal ? I use that to track my calories.

    NMJG what are some examples of what you eat a day? I am also losing slowly, I track my foods on myfitnesspal but I have noticed that I am not getting enough protein in.

  18. I was told by my dr not to drink from a straw because it can cause air in the stomach.. I have always had a straw with my water up until now and am having a hard time getting it in.. I would like to try it, but kinda afraid it will cause bloating and gas pressure. Good luck to those of you that use the straws..
