7. SURGERY IS NOT JUST PHYSCIAL IT’S A MENTAL ONE TOO
8. PROTEIN FIRST
9. TAKE YOUR VITAMINS
10. DRINK LOTS OF WATER
11. THERE WILL BE UPS AND DOWNS, NEVER GIVE UP
