They closed my Medicaid so I don't know if I should just get metro plus or stay with justedicaid

I have Metro plus .. I don't know much people with that same insurance .. My BMI is over 40 and I'm so called pre diabetic.. Hugh Cholesterol and high sugar.. What do you guys think ??
