    Stir fried veggies in satay sauce is healthy & satisfying!! I was starving to pre op Now post op I'm not hungry at all & I'm back on solid food 10 days after op!! & 10kg lighter!

    Hi Ryan from Australia here. Had lap band on the 1/28/14 No pain meds needed now but I'm worried I'm not getting enough fluids in me!! I can tolerate a small amount but I'm not getting the recommended 1.5 lt per day. I'm feeling ok I've lost 9 kilos already start weight was 112.5 kilos..... today I'm 102.6 kilos !! How long will it be until I can eat something normal with flavour??
