No More Shelly Belly

I see a lot of specialists concerning a condition I have called inter cranial hypertension which pushes on my optic nerves that cause all sorts of damages in my eyes and head. No thyroid issues (been checked several times), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, early set diabetes, and I started at 196.4 lbs. My blood work showed normal ranges of vitamins ( a little low on vitamin D) but other than that, nothing sticks out. All my medical problems would go away by losing weight. Even my pseudo tumor (inter cranial hypertension) in my head. Everyone says it will take time. I have yet to see anyone move as slow as me!

Ok I think I'm ready! Stall no more...weight loss here I come! I'm in this time. Bea is my step mom and mentor. I'm so glad others can see how wonderful a person she is. She is and has always been my inspiration. (Sorry if I embarrassed you Bea...just proud of you!) I'll check in tomorrow! Yikes!
