No More Shelly Belly

I have had a rough emotional first month. I knew it might come, but it is different when you actually go through all the stages you read about. I have had a very slow start which added fuel to the fire. The good thing is, I finally see the numbers on the scale move and I can actually get more than 300 calories in one day...yay! But I am still having some unexplained emotional moments which lead me back to my doc. She prescribed 50mg of Zoloft. I took one pill, as prescribed, and totally felt wired out! My co workers told me to try and switch from using Zoloft bc of the side effects and withdrawals. Anyone else out there know anything about this antidepressant? Is my dosage too high?

So I guess I need to change my goal for this challenge but I don't know what to put. My ultimate goal for my surgery ( including vanity pounds) was 120. Today I'm weighing in at: 121.4 I didn't think I was going to lose much more. I guess we will wait and see! I need to eat a little more to maintain. Not really sure how to do this yet. I have some time to figure this out before I'm underweight though. I'm just gonna kept posting weight for challenge. I should slow down again soon! Thanks!

Just had another appointment and I showed no progress. I'm down to 126 lbs and I'm starting to look a little " too skinny." What a problem to have, I know, but I really wanted some relief from this condition. I started looking for some other doctors because my eye doc and neuro just wanna keep me on medicine. When should they recommend other options? It's been two years now? Also, I was on the Internet and saw a psedotumor lawsuit. Basically it stated if u had taking any of the birth control on their list, and then got diagnosed, I might be a candidate. Come to find out, I had taken two of the bc's and gained a whole bunch of weight. And that's when I started having symptoms. I'm kind of excited if I qualify! This means my past and future medical bills could be paid for. Anyone else hear of this?

Count me in again! I didn't make last challenge goal, but I did end up making doctors goal of 70 pounds lost! I still have some work to do, so I'm definitely in! Thanks for your dedication in helping with these challenges! You've helped so many people! I know I couldn't have done it without the accountability, so thank you again!

134.4 Not gonna make Halloween goal at this rate, but it's Friday! I survived another week at work! That's a goal!

135.2! Basically I stayed the same. Not bad considering I went to Six Flags and the State Fair this week! Totally worth it!
